- You can pay by credit card only. Irec Srl will never have access to your private banking information.
- Your order will be shipped by the Poste Italiane via Registered Mail/Raccomandata (Italy only) and Priority Mail (rest of the world). Shipping costs are listed below.
- Orders of 9 or more cd's will be free of shipping costs.
- Orders of more than €200 will include a free CD.
In order to grant the integrity of our products and to prevent our clientele from receiving damaged goods, please note that CD's and LP's orders MUST be processed and shipped separetly being that we are using two different types of packaging
RETURN POLICY
1. You may return any of the purchased CDs/LP's within 10 days of delivery.
2. Returned items (CDs, vinyls) must be in saleable condition with ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.
3. Please send an e-mail to acknowledge the invoice number and the item(s) you want to return.
4. Once we receive the item (s), we will credit your account. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
